Process FAQs

How long before I see results? +

For paid campaigns, you'll see initial data within 7–14 days of launch. Meaningful ROAS improvement typically shows up in weeks 4–6 as we complete our first optimisation cycle. SEO results compound over 3–6 months. We'll set realistic, agreed expectations in your strategy session before anything goes live.

Do I need a minimum budget? +

For paid advertising, we recommend a minimum ad spend of ₹50,000/month to generate enough data for meaningful optimisation. Below this, the algorithm doesn't have enough to learn from and results are unreliable. Our management fee is separate from your ad spend budget.

Will I have access to my own accounts? +

Always. We work inside your own ad accounts — we never create agency-owned accounts on your behalf. You have full visibility and access at all times. If we ever part ways, you take everything with you: the accounts, the data, the audiences, the learnings.

How often will we communicate? +

You'll receive a weekly performance summary every Monday morning and a full monthly report in the first week of each month. We're also available on WhatsApp for quick questions. For significant developments — good or bad — we proactively reach out rather than waiting for a scheduled call.

What if something isn't working? +

We flag underperformance before you notice it. If a campaign is below efficiency targets for more than 5 days, we initiate a strategy conversation. We'll never keep spending on something that isn't working just to run out the month. We'd rather have a hard conversation early than a bigger problem later.

Do you work with all business types? +

We're most effective for D2C brands, e-commerce businesses, service businesses, educational institutions, and local businesses in Delhi. We have deep experience in fashion, wellness, education, eldercare, real estate, and coworking. We'll tell you honestly if we think we're not the right fit — we'd rather say that upfront than waste your budget finding out.
