2. No Refunds
Once payment is made and the project has started, we do not offer refunds for any services rendered. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.

3. Exceptions
In certain circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we may consider a partial refund if:
The service has not yet commenced.
There is a failure to deliver the agreed-upon services.
